How's your heart?

What condition is your heart in? Not physically, but spiritually. This message takes us on a deep and honest journey through the state of the human heart, drawing from Psalm 139:23-24, where David cries out to God to search him, know him, and lead him away from any destructive path.

We explore three heart conditions that many of us recognize in ourselves: the dead heart, spiritually lifeless apart from God's intervention; the divided heart, pulled in so many directions that we can never gain real traction in our faith; and the hardened heart, grown cold and self-sufficient, resistant to the voice of God.

The warning from Proverbs 4:23 anchors the whole conversation, reminding us that everything in our lives flows from the condition of our heart. Poison the spring, and you poison everything downstream. But here is where the message turns from conviction to hope: none of these conditions are permanent. God does not patch up old hearts. He replaces them entirely. Ezekiel 36:26 describes a divine heart transplant, and that is exactly what is available to each of us.

If we have been going through the motions, feeling unstable, or simply numb to God's voice, this is an invitation to let him do what only he can do.
